Recycle

By reusing many of the products already created--such as aluminum, glass, paper, and plastic--we can reduce energy consumption.

"Recycling glass instead of making it from silica sand reduces mining waste by 70%, water use by 50%, and air pollution by 20%. Source, Environmental Defense Fund."

Paws On, The Wildlife Detective Training Academy, and the Aviary will be closed at night. Summer Saturday Nights begins at 5 p.m. every Saturday in July and August. Last admission is 8 p.m. During Summer Saturday Nights, guests will not be permitted to bring outside food or drink into the Zoo.
